Our Story

Chicoholic is a product of my addiction to chic-ness and love with fashion. I want to contribute to making the world a more fashionable place. Chicoholic is meant to be a forum where we can admire and explore fashion in hopes that it would enrich our life. On this blog I will share with you my personal style as I navigate through life - as well as showcasing fashion from people, collections, or pop culture that inspires me. I will share with my readers my thoughts on current trends and what to look forward to in upcoming seasons. I will strive to post original and authentic content.

Our clothing is a visual representation of our spirit. It is influenced by the people around us, the culture in which we live, and by the visions we see when we’re dreaming. Fashion tells our stories without using any words. I feel like clothing possesses abilities beyond protecting our physical bodies from the environment. I believe it has power to change the way you look at yourself. When Michelle Obama slide on a Chanel power suit she knows that she is ready to take on the responsibility of being first lady. As Margot Robbie walks down the red carpet at the 2018 Oscars Award in a white Chanel dress she knew she came to win (even though she didn’t win but there’s always next year).

I welcome you to my blog my fellow fashion enthusiasts! I hope that you enjoy the content.

Hi! My name is Kiet Ngo. I am a twenty-three year old Vietnamese-American from Atlanta, Georgia. Orignally, I was born in Saigon, Vietnam. As cliche as it sounds fashion is my passion. I LIVE for fashion. Living in Atlanta I am surround by so many different cultures and people and they all inspire me. The fashion in Atlanta is very flavorful. It’s full of colors, textures, and patterns. Atlanta is thriving with creatives.

Beside Atlanta, I have traveled enough to know that although we may differentiate in appearance, we are all more connected and alike than some might think. And fashion is one of the links that holds us together, Some of the places that I have traveled are Saigon, Vancouver, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and I plan on continuing to lengthen that list!
